I like that I can get a large dose of iron in an easy to take, one dose, form. Solution does have a bit of a metallic taste but the grape/raspberry flavoring helps. If I pour the spoonful of solution towards the back of my tongue and follow with orange juice I don't taste the metallic and it doesn't leave a metallic taste on my tongue. Ive learned in taking iron supplements that in order to lessen the constipation I have to avoid "dry" foods like crackers and eat foods like watermelon, grapes, and oatmeal. I just started the YUMMY so I will see how my bloodwork results look in about 4 weeks. Hoping they improve.
